781BXT AccuBore Electronic Pistol Grip Thread Gages deliver exact +/- measurement for thread milling operations, allowing machinists to measure how much more material needs to be removed to achieve target thread diameter specification. The trigger-activated pistol grip with two-point thread contact offers convenient, single-hand operation, providing speed, control and accuracy. They feature built-in wireless technology for automated data collection. Equipped with a large, easy-to-read digital display, and a mechanically-driven parallel anvil, establishing a perfect thread alignment, resulting in more accurate readings than models with spring-driven contacts. Speed and convenience are further enhanced by the repositionable AccuBore indicator, which may be swiveled and rotated for left, right hand or even vertical viewing. The gage also features a display with integrated LEDs tolerances that quickly indicate whether a thread measurement is within a preset tolerance window. This gage includes a head and setting ring for measuring 5/8-11 thread diameter, with 3 contact points. The head can be easily interchanged with additional thread and bore heads, adding versatility to bore and thread measurement processes at a lower price point.
